I am working on a platform which have gstreamer as media framework and need text overlay on video frame feature, but platform doesn't have libpango library.
Is there any alternate way through which we can support textoverlay similar to pango based gsttextoverlay plugin.

bugzilla is not a support forum - this would be better asked on a mailing list; also reassigning to GStreamer, since it's clearly not the job of the Pango maintainers to provide an alternate to using Pango.
