Time to enable this, I think. No sense in waiting for a GPU process which realistically isn't going to happen.

Martin, I think we should enable WebGL by default in WebKitGTK+ as well as in Epiphany. Do you agree?

I think it's okay to do it in Epiphany, but I'll leave the WebKitGTK+ decision up to the maintainer. :)
