Fixing Search dropdown to show the right default source

Currently the default search source is the Tracker, but the search drop down shows 'All' as the default source, and tags are shown for the 'Local' source instead of the 'All'.
---
I assumed the expected behavior is to have the Tracker as the default source, so the current patch makes Tracker as the shown default source, so there won't be any tags for local searches and the default active radio button will be the 'Local's one instead of the 'All's.
