GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 754490
Remove outdated API References links
Last modified: 2018-09-24 10:46:11 UTC
Go to https://developer.gnome.org/references See three different links for "Evolution Shell Reference Manual": https://developer.gnome.org/evolution-shell/stable/ https://developer.gnome.org/libeshell/stable/ https://developer.gnome.org/eshell/stable/ See two different links for "Evolution Utilities Reference Manual": https://developer.gnome.org/libeutil/stable/ https://developer.gnome.org/evolution-util/stable/ Some are ancient and should be removed.
So https://developer.gnome.org/evolution-shell/ and https://developer.gnome.org/evolution-util/ are the up-to-date ones.
Does the following make sense to you: 1. Remove libeshell, eshell, libeutil folders 2. Redirect those paths to evolution-shell (libeshell, eshell) and evolution-util (libeutil) If that works, I'll go ahead and process the changes.
This won't work, library-web will keep on recreating the existing directories. The create_from_tar method in src/modtypes/gtkdoc.py needs to be extended to support an override mechanism, to replace the older names with the new ones.
Fred, would adding the redirects be of help in the meantime?
