Reproducible with validate.hls.playback.seek_with_stop.*

What happens here (AFAIU) is that the first fragment is finished (last timestamp < 5s), then it switches to a different alternative (higher bitrate), then goes EOS immediately because the first buffer has a timestamp bigger than 5s.

Doesn't happen with decodebin3, closing.
