Use correct symbols for floor

Hi,
I noticed that the ceiling characters are reused in the translator comments for the floor characters as well in src/orca/mathsymbols.py. The attached patch replaces this with the correct characters.

"square intersection" was also wrong. It used "union with plus" in the comment. This patch fixes this as well.
