Description rainer.defender 2015-07-26 15:56:00 UTC
I tried to find out a pattern, but I can't find one. 3.14 seems to show behaviour different from 3.16, which seems to scroll in larger increments if the Evince window wasn't left-clicked before the scrolling. In non-continuous mode, it always jumps to the first page, no matter the direction of the scrolling. In continuous mode, you can get lucky and it will only scroll half a page or so, but often will jump right to the first page as well. This is quite seriously harmful behaviour when trying to work through a document bit by bit.

(Disambiguation: what I meant to say was that both 3.14 and 3.16 show faulty behaviour, but that it's worse in 3.16.)

(Edit: compiled from today's Git master branch. It seems to be fixed there, so perhaps there's a way people who are stuck on 3.14/3.16 can get the scrolling goodness...)
