Proper filename for Print-to-file

Added support for proper basename while  printing to file. This is one of the Gnome goals:Print to file https://wiki.gnome.org/Initiatives/GnomeGoals/PrintToFile. 
The attached patch make sure that ghex when offers to print something set a suitable filename for print-to-file when showing a print dialog.
