added current-ssrc property to be able to get ssrc from internal source

Shouldn't the ssrc property return the current ssrc once one was decided? Also you can get the current ssrc from the srcpad caps too

The ssrc property returns -1 unless it was set. Even when you set it, you read value that was set by you not the current_ssrc used (it can be overriden).

So you are saying the only way to get SSRC from rtpbasepayload is from srcpad caps?
