I use fedora 22 workstation on my lenovo z585 notebook. when i select turkish language and wayland i couldn't write i and ı letters in gdm and gnome desktop. How can i solve this ?

in gtk+ text input, Ctrl-Shift-u 1 3 1 should give you Unicode letter U+0131, "Small Dotless i"
