Hi,
I noticed that there are four dead links to the no longer existing toolbar page of the documentation of Mahjongg (removed in 	db42a91314bf572ead87f1a20999282320e035cd): 

$ grep -ir toolbar
moves.page:   <link xref="toolbar">toolbar</link>.
shortcuts.page: <note><p>Use the <link xref="toolbar">toolbar</link>
pause.page: <link xref="toolbar">toolbar</link>.</p>
hints.page:<gui>Hint</gui> button in the <link xref="toolbar">toolbar</link>

Replace toolbar with header bar, update moves-left image

It seems that the new look is called header bar, so the attached patch removes the dead links and replaces all "toolbar" with "header bar".

As a bonus the moves-left.png image for moves.page is updated, it no longer has the "Tiles Left" information.
