screencast

See the attached screencast, in which I click the beginning of a quote and Shift+PgDown to select it all and hit Backspace (or Delete); only one line gets deleted at the time!

This happens if you do the selection with the mouse too (either click+drag, or click, shift+click)

Ah and this is with 3.16.2 (for some reason dnf didn't want to update to 3.16.3, and I heard there be dragons)
Comment 2 Jean-François Fortin Tam 2015-08-18 16:22:25 UTC
With 3.16.5, I still have the issue; it occurs especially if you do a ctrl+A or ctrl+pgdown to select instead of using mouse click+shiftclick.
Comment 3 Tomas Popela 2016-09-20 12:37:31 UTC
This should be fixed in 3.22 (at least the test case /bug/750657 added by Milan is fixed).
