Description Ricardo Ramos 2015-05-27 16:03:32 UTC
This are bugs I found so far with this app:

1) This app states in order to display the music, we must add the song files in the "music" folder but the app is not limited to the music folder, instead is displaying music or audio files store in other folders, for example if I put some music files in "download" folder, the app is displaying the music in that folder, also I have some audio files into the "documents" folder that are not song files and this software is displaying them in the "recently added" playlist and "never played" playlists as well, that is annoying!!!

2)When I go to the "songs" tab and play some music, when the app plays the last song instead of stopping the player, it's repeating the last song over and over again, obviously it's not selected repeat in the popover.

3) In the "artist" tab, "all the artists" is not selected by defailt, so I have to select it in order to see all artist list.

4) Another suggestion about "all the artist" tab: it should display only the names of the artists and not the name of the albums and list of songs, also you should display the album arts as a collage or use the last.fm API to display a picture of the artist instead of the album art, I've seen that in some android music players and it's cool.

4) in the "songs" tab, every column should has the name at the top to better identify them, like, song, artist, album, etc...

Please don't file issues, which are actually 4 different bugs - its very hard t o track those.

Seems to be the real issue here.

This is tracked in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=744807

See https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=729103 and

Please file a separate issue on this, however it seems overcomplicated - first, we don't have access to Last.fm API at the moment and second, if we had one we could've used artists image straight.

Not sure if this is planned by designers, though please do file a new issue on this - we'll see what we can do
