Both the INSTALLATION file and the website have the same instructions:

$ ./configure --enable-introspection
$ make
$ sudo make install


This does not work. It looks like gexiv2 has moved to a different build system. Where are the instructions for that?

I notice that configure is not present if you do a 'git clone' but is included in the gexiv2-0.10.3 tar file.

If you clone form git you have to run ./autogen.sh first which will create configure.
