The version 2.3.7 does not keep options between executions. It persists the options for the time of ... current session only. After application closing, the options are reverted to default.

This seems Windows-specific, and as I rarely test of Windows, it is not likely to be fixed soon.

I cannot reproduce the problem with EasyTAG 2.4.0 under Windows XP. Can you test whether it works for you?

I can't test right now as I am in holiday. Last time I have checked was a
few days ago on Windows 8 (2 systems) with latest version at the time,
2.3.7.
