Built in bookmarks should be removed. These were basically added for
business reasons when eazel was around. Instead we should just include some
bookmarks to large gnome contributors (ximian, redhat, sun, gnu) and some
links to some open source / free software webpages (slashdot, etc.) using
the regular bookmark mechanism.

This is a good example of the fact that nautilus bookmarks need to be
fixed. Theres a bunch of bugs related to possible fixes.

This code is all ifdefed out right now so i'll mark fixed. In the
future  all this web enabled code should just be removed though.
