If I go in the Drafts folder and select a long draft, the Edit draft button is not visible and I must scroll down to see it.

Maybe placing it in the bottom right part of the message header would be better?

This will be fixed by Bug 765516 - the drafts notice has been migrated to a GtkInfoBar, which may be overkill but will certainly fix this issue. :)

Fixed on master by 898fa33, as part of Bug 728002. Drafts now get a very visible GtkInfoBar and are expanded by default in the drafts folder.
