Some distributions might not want to ship all the miners we have. One common reason is that they don't have an application that uses it, and don't want to needlessly deal with an extra dependency. eg., if a distributor is not shipping gnome-photos, then they don't have a need for gom-facebook-miner, and they definitely don't want to ship gfbgraph.

Let's add build options to enable/disable each miner.

I pushed it since I want to do a release to go with 3.16.1 this week. Please let me know if there are issues with it.
