Fix typos (distbibute, abbrevations)

Hi,
I found two typos (dispbibute, abbrevations) in the copy of the GNU FDL and the reference directory for gnome-desktop. The attached patch fixes them.

I got an error message, but that doesn't seem to have affected the push. Searching the internet lead me to believe it is due to name collisions between tags and branches in the repository:

"remote: error: refname 'GNOME_0_30_PATCHES' is ambiguous"
