Screenshot showing the dashed line in Nautilus and GNOME Tweak Tool

A dashed line appears on the top and bottom in certain applications. It wasn't present before the 3.16 release.
In the screenshot attached, the line is visible in Nautilus's main display pane and Tweak Tool's extensions display pane.

I've guessed the component having the bug as GtkScrolledWindow widget because the panes in both the applications are scroll windows.

Horizontal scroll windows have the dashed line on the left and right sides.

Yes, that's how the scrolled window communicates that there is further content.
