nice, the menu itself could use a border now tho and it would be nice to have the blu text as in adwaita gtk3 for the active menubar item, not sure it's possible

Very nice thankyou so much, I'm updating the theme assets atm, I'll commit this as soon as I'm finished, so leaving this open.

Regarding the border I was speaking about the dropdown menu itself though.

Any idea when this'll get merged?

Btw, I've spent my afternoon doing the very same changes as reported here (menubar, icons) only to find out it's been done. Though I do have some things different, more updated, will post the changes here.
