screenshot of problem

I have added two IRC accounts. Only difference is server address.
Why do they appear differently in the GOA list?

I understand this is minor but I have been using GNOME 3.16 for three hours and the number of design oversights/inconsistencies are adding up.

I just wanted to confirm that this is still present in GNOME 3.18. Connections added via Polari.

* The 'Network' dropdown stays blank
* 'Real Name' is filled even though in Polari it isn't.
* 'Username' and 'Password' are blank even though in Polari it isn't.

Deleting an account in GOA produced an error dialog:

GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.Goa.Error.Failed: Failed to delete credentials from the keyring

The Account is still removed but Seahorse still lists it.

That means for some reason gnome-keyring failed to delete the credentials. I assume your keyring was successfully unlocked on log-in because, otherwise, you'd get a dialog prompting you for your password to unlock it. Therefore I'll assume that either gnome-keyring-daemon crashed or it was something like bug 764029 or it was a hitherto unknown error inside libsecret or gnome-keyring.

Ideally the first two cases should be transparently handled, that's why I went with bug 765406.
