Fedora 21 with gnome-shell 3.14.3, and epiphany 3.14.2, with google-chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 (64-bit).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Google play music or Youtube, and play a song or video
2. Switch to google-chrome
3. Refresh any tab in chrome (new-tab page is OK too)
4. Volume of media being played in Epiphany drops by about 50%
    - Neither the system volume bar nor the volume bars in the web apps change position
5 - After about 15-20 seconds, volume is restored

How reproducible: Always
