configure.ac states this minimum version:
ACCOUNTSSERVICE_REQUIRED_VERSION=0.6.30


But 0.6.33 is needed as g-c-c is using act_user_is_logged_in_anywhere

The patch was supposed to save us time, this doesn't. Please try to
offer git formatted patches in the future.
