When in the overview mode, dragging and dropping windows from the current workspace into another workspace using the workspaces widget on the right does nothing. Releasing the window over a workspace places the window back right where it was and doesn't place it into the targeted workspace. 
Tested this on openSUSE Factory with GNOME 3.15.90
