Result: nothing happens - no new windows appear

Opening a new incognito window works fine from existing window

Yes, that's broken. --profile needs to be added to the desktop action, but this needs to respect XDG_CONFIG_HOME if it exists.

Either that or make --incognito-mode take the profile from XDG_CONFIG_HOME by default.

Thanks for reporting. This is already fixed in 3.15.90. You've got an older version tagged in Continuous.
