Screenshot - the date popover in RTL

- The day should be before the month (i.e. day than
month than year).
 - The direction of the date (when we write it in numbers)
should be from left to right, like 24.02.2015 for Feb 24, 2015.

But because there is labels above the fields, I wonder
if it ok to leave it from right to left (but the day has
to be before the month anyway, from the direct we choose).
I'll ask another Israeli what he think.
