Description Nick Richards 2015-02-11 15:34:17 UTC
The initial rendering of the week view when the app is opened has time shown from 00:00. It would be more useful to scroll the view so the lovely red 'this is now' line is visible.

Yes - these two feature requests would work well together. This solution has the advantage of working at all window sizes and being more likely to work if you regularly schedule appointments for later in the day.

California is not under active development anymore and saw its last non-cosmetic code changes in March 2016: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/california/commits/master

Its codebase has been archived in https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/california/issues/1

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of GNOME Housekeeping to reflect reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again.

You may want to use `gnome-calendar`.
