If a broker is unreachable (not on the current network e.g), Boxes takes a long time before it times-out on them.

Also once it fails connecting, it never retries connecting again.

I think comment#0 is going to be solved by bug#700238 so mark this as dup. As for comment#1, we have bug#699315.
