If you click on any of the backgrounds/emblems in the "Background and
Emblems" dialog it starts a drag and drop operation right away, instead of
waiting for me to drag the mouse.

Still there in nautilus 2.7.2.

This is still relevant for the dialog, but not for the emblem sidebar. I think
it would be a good idea to share the widget constructon code for the sidebar and
the dialog. Both codepaths invoke nautilus_emblem_list_availible and afterwards
connect to widget signals. The sidebar dnd code looks way cleaner.

'Backgrounds and Emblems' have now been removed from nautilus master, see [1]. Closing this as OBSOLETE.
