Using a touchscreen on Nexus 7 in gtk3 3.14.8-1.

STR:
 1. Start Clock
 2. Enter selection mode
 3. Select any item
 4. Drag the app via headerbar

Result: nothing happens
Expected: app can be dragged

App can be dragged when no items selected

This works fine here with gtk 3.17. Haven't tried 3.16
