Description Dmitry Arkhipov 2015-01-29 06:34:54 UTC
The manual states that "`*` or `_` only starts an emphasis if it is followed by an alphanumerical character". But this does not work with alphanumerics outside of ASCII range. Either this behavior should be changed to include non-ASCII characters, or the manual should explicitly state, which kind of alphanumerics it really have meant. Of course, the desired outcome would be the first option.

Thanks, I'll include a simplified version of the patch in the next GIT update.
Comment 2 Dimitri van Heesch 2015-06-27 19:02:07 UTC
This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.8.10. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant (preferably in the form of a self-contained example).
Comment 3 Dmitry Arkhipov 2015-06-28 16:42:09 UTC
I checked version 1.8.10 and it indeed fixes the bug. Thanks!
