The list is sorted. It's simply that the rows with blank "Owner" sort first, and there are so many of those that you have to go to the bottom of the page and click on the bulleted page-number links, then go to page 3 in order to see rows that do have a value for the Owner. Those are then sorted correctly by the Owner.

resolved notabug, I think?
(unless you would prefer to force-sort non-blanks first)
