A GIMP_2.8.14's bug

The drawing tools's perfomances are related to the GIMP's windows size: a large window makes the brushes very slow and a small window makes these tools usable.

Install GIMP 2.8.14, enable the WACOM Tablet Eraser/WACOM Tablet Pressure Stylus, create a new picture, try a brush on differents window's size.

Keep GIMP 2.8.10 for better performances.
