Note that starred tracks are no longer listed under the playlists section - the suggestion is to show these at the top of the songs view.

This bug doesn't need to be implemented all in one go, so it probably makes sense to split it out into separate tasks:

 * Bug 760207 - Editing playlist tracks - use a context menu rather than selection mode
 * Bug 744822 - Playlist renaming
 * Bug 760208 - Revamp the smart playlist UI
 * Bug 744834 - Remove 'New Playlist' entry, introduce a textbox and a button
