Description Marek Chalupa 2015-01-09 13:42:32 UTC
Hi,

I'm getting this error when building:

bindings/vala/Makefile.am:3: error: ENABLE_VAPIGEN does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL

Regards,
Marek

Do you have vapigen.m4 in your /usr/share/aclocal file?
Comment 2 Marek Chalupa 2015-01-21 11:46:24 UTC
Nope, I do not (I just fixed it for my build by ugly hack)

Anyway, I don't think this is desired behavior when I don't have vala installed, is it?
Comment 3 Bastien Nocera 2015-01-21 11:54:19 UTC
The autotools should have thrown another error during autogen.sh, which likely got ignored.

Comment 5 Marek Chalupa 2015-01-21 12:43:16 UTC
Hm, I don't see any other error (see attached autogen.sh output)

AFAIK, other projects (i. e. ibus, NetworkManager, gtksourceview) include vapigen.m4 in source tree in m4/ directory.

Fixed in master, please reopen if it causes problems.
