Now that we have removed automatic redirection of new USB devices, it would be nice if we popped up a notification on USB devices plugging in to easily allow them to redirect the device to current VM. Obviously this will only make sense if VM is in foreground. Would have made sense to just to that automatically but its not a good idea since redirection implies that device be taken away from host.
