when running a fullscreen application on a tablet/touchscreen, its pretty difficult to get access to menus (like brightness when there are no brightness keys on a tablet), or in my case, accessing accessibility menus.

it would be handy if we could pull the top bar over the fullscreen application with a slide gesture from the top of the screen.
