GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 742038
password constraints are not validated when password is reset
Last modified: 2014-12-28 02:59:08 UTC
When the password is reset it is possible to specify passwords which cause failure at login although they are accepted in the password reset form, e.g. cy6HoLG8?%*|Mvh~Q4P/@{l&* and kDdbQ9OcQuDGMuoi1fWlxlFQG . Entering a password with 10 characters (lower and upper case letter and digits only) works well.
