When you reconnect a previously connected bluetooth headset, running applications are automatically switched to that device.

However, volume control via media keys still controls the built-in notebook speakers instead of the headset. You first have to switch output device in sound panel to make volume control work properly.

Same happens for Lenovo OneLink docking stations, when they're connected.
