When I open a new or existing chart with bars, it's mashed up. This was also in the first 2.6.4 but not in 2.6.3

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. We're in the process of releasing gnucash 2.6.5 to release the fix.
