example of dialog not showing buttons

In several dialogs buttons for "change folder", "create new folder", "zoom in", "zoom out", ... are not shown with the correct image. The buttons are working, but you have to guess which one does what you want. 
please see attached picture for example.

I´m using 64bit version on windows 7

This screenshot shows a 3rd party plug-in that's not under our control.
Are there any other examples of missing images?

That is probably bug 735501. Make sure that you use the current installer from http://www.gimp.org/downloads/

I reinstalled with the package from http://www.gimp.org/downloads/. Now everything works fine.
The package i used before was from Chip magazine.
