Description Georges Basile Stavracas Neto 2014-12-08 09:19:11 UTC
It would be very nice if Geary custom-styles ConversationView cell to 1. create a better visual hierarchy between elements of each cell (message preview, title, participants & datetime), and 2. improve general user experience.

I particularly feel it a bit cluttered. It's somewhat hard to differenciate inner elements because the share the same color (black and grey) and same font size (except message preview.

I propose the following changes:

 - apply custom CSS to datetime label with the theme's main color (like adwaita's blue or ambiance's orange)
 - highlight message title more than participants with a combination of font size & font color

These may seem minor changes, but I'm sure they affect the overall user experience when using Geary.

There's an ongoing discussion about refining the conversation list at bug #730682.
