According to comment #21 in bug #738633, there is a compatibility problem with the POODLE SSLv3 fallback environment variable we're using in Geary.  We should update Geary to use the new suggested string.

Setting this for 0.10.0 for now, but if we release an 0.8.3, this would be a candidate patch for it.
