Month view glitch

While working at event's overflow design, I noticed a small rendering glitch at Month view. It's not present in any other view AFAIK.

What's the issue there? That cell doesn't belong to the month so its greyed out.

The problem is that the cell is not completely greyed out. See the right border of the red-pointed cell.
I believe it's related to some integer rounding, but I'm not sure.

This was not fixed properly, the issues remains on every other cell drawing on mon-view

This patch fixes this issue, and improve the resizing effect of the month view as well.
