Description Pablo Rodríguez 2014-10-26 16:47:09 UTC
The connection configuration file https://www.frootvpn.com/files/frootvpn.ovpn seems to contain the certificates (ca, cert and key).

It seems that openVPN is able to read them, but NM isn’t. (This is all Greek to me, I must confess.)

Would it be possible that NM VPN plugin for OpenVPN could read the certificates when contained in the configuration file?

Many thanks for your help,

Pablo

Indeed NetworkManager-openvpn plugin does not support reading the certificates from the ovpn file (INLINE FILE SUPPORT).

Certainly nice to have.

As workaround, you should be able to copy these parts to separate test files and specify them via the ca/cert/key option.
