Description serp2002 2014-10-26 05:55:52 UTC
If i click right button in list view of nautilus, i don't see "create folder" menuitem. And for creating new folder i must change view to "grid", create folder, and then change view back to list.

I can create folder in list view only if in folder few files, and lower part of window is free from files, then my right click of mouse will be recognized as click_on_free_space, but in windows with many files, if i click anywere in windows, i click on file.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

However, right click menu is not the only way to create a new folder. You can find Creat New Folder in the folder menu at the corner of the window (the button with a gear icon). There is also a keyboad shortcut: [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[N].
