Synopsis: panel does not pass drop data to launcher?
Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel
Bugzilla-Component: Panel

Description:
Description of Problem:
like Windows(TM)'s taskbar does support,
I expected launcher with dnd will gather argument from drop data.
but not.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I drag and drop some folder or files over launcher which on panel.
(like terminal or archive gen)
2. a frame box enclose the launcher icon.
3. app launched by dropping.

Actual Results:
app launched standalone without drop data.

Expected Results:
app gather argument of drop data.

How often does this happen?
whenever.

Additional Information:
Is this a bug? or just a not-built feature?
or do I need to set specific string like %@ or $@ for executive?

Sort of suprising but AFAICT this has never been requested before.

plus, a nautilus folder launcher made by dropping from desktop
should react to drop data like files selection: copy or move.
