Currently, you can tab through the links in a GtkHTML2 widget with the
keyboard, but there's no way to activate them.  Space, Enter or Return
certainly don't do anything.

(NB I think padraig was looking at this bug-- can you please update/close
it if you've already fixed it, thanks)
