Add = and <Ctrl>= keybindings for zooming in

Many keyboard layouts have + only reachable via <Shift>=. Make it easier for users of those layouts to zoom in.

Review of attachment 288667 [details] [review]: Thanks for the patch, I wonder why = and CTRL+= and why not adding shortcuts also to zoom out?
There's already a shortcut for zooming out (- and <Ctrl>-) which is reachable without pressing shift on most keyboards. This patch only adds = because + is hard to reach. There's precedence of that in other apps.
Could that one be commited then?
